Our Story
Built from decades inside urbanization, real estate, and operations.
Urban Solutions grew out of more than 20 years of hands-on work across urbanization, infrastructure, real estate, and daily operations. Instead of treating each of those as separate problems, we built a single platform that connects them — so a retailer or logistics provider can find the right space, staff it, secure it, run it, and grow it without stitching together a dozen different vendors.
That approach became especially important as quick commerce reshaped what "close to the customer" means. Brands no longer have the luxury of slow real estate decisions or fragmented operations — they need a partner who can move at the speed the market now demands, while still getting the fundamentals of safety, compliance, and service right.
